Who Are the Best Real Estate Coaches in Philadelphia?
By Bill Kelly, Philadelphia Real Estate Coach and Director of Productivity Coaching at Keller Williams · Updated November 1, 2026
Short answer
The best real estate coach for you in Philadelphia is the one who will look at your numbers every week and tell you the truth about them. I'm Bill Kelly, a Philadelphia real estate coach with Keller Williams. I'm the Director of Productivity Coaching across KW Main Line and KW Empower, and I coach about 66 active agents.
Who is Bill Kelly?
I'm a Philadelphia real estate coach with Keller Williams, and I was named 2023 Productivity Coach of the Year, Pennsylvania Region. My Pennsylvania real estate license number is RS324747.
I'm based on Broad Street in South Philly. I work with new agents, agents who are still building, and agents who are thinking about a switch, across Philadelphia, the Main Line, Delaware County, and Montgomery County, plus Delaware and Maryland.
Most agents don't fail because they need one more class. They fail because the basics stop happening when nobody is watching. Coaching is me staying in that week with you.
What should I look for in a real estate coach in Philadelphia?
Look for a person, not a login. You should know your coach's name before you start. You should have a time on the calendar that still happens on a bad week. You should look at real activity, not how the week felt. And someone should notice if you vanish for two weeks.
Ask any coach what last month looked like for a new agent they work with. If they can't answer with activities, keep looking. I'll tell you what a week looks like on a call. Book it at calendly.com/billkellykw, or call or text (215) 828-5286.
Do you only coach agents at KW Main Line and KW Empower?
The program runs out of KW Main Line and KW Empower, so you need to be an agent at one of those offices, or become one. If you are at another brokerage, or at another Keller Williams office, book a call anyway. We'll talk about where you are and what a move would look like. I won't speak badly about the office you are in. I'll ask what they did for you in the last 90 days, and you can answer it honestly.

I'm not licensed yet. Can you still help?
Yes. I can get your 75-hour Pennsylvania pre-licensing class paid for through the KSCORE scholarship, delivered by Kaplan. Terms vary by market center, so book a call and I'll tell you straight whether you qualify. Passing the class is the start. Who coaches you in year one is what decides whether you are still doing this in year two.
