Free Real Estate Classes In Philadelphia

Yes, there's a way to get the 75-hour Pennsylvania pre-licensing class paid for. Here's the honest version: I can get your 75-hour Pennsylvania pre-licensing class paid for through the KSCORE scholarship, delivered by Kaplan. Terms vary by market center, so book a call and I'll tell you straight whether you qualify.
If you've been searching for free real estate classes in Philadelphia, that's the real answer. It's a scholarship with conditions, not a free-for-all, and the rest of this page tells you what it covers, what it doesn't, and who it's meant for.
What The KSCORE Scholarship Covers
The KSCORE scholarship covers the 75-hour Pennsylvania pre-licensing class, delivered by Kaplan. That's the course Pennsylvania requires before you can sit for the real estate exam, and for a lot of people it's the cost that makes them hesitate.
Here's the caveat, and I'm putting it right here instead of at the bottom of the page. Terms vary by market center. Whether you qualify depends on those terms, and I won't tell you yes in writing before we've talked. Book a call and I'll tell you straight whether you qualify.
So if you're asking "is there really a free real estate school option in Philly?", the honest answer is: possibly, for you, and a short call is how we find out. Fair enough?
What It Doesn't Cover
A scholarship on the course isn't the same as the whole process being free. There are other costs involved in getting licensed and getting started in this business. I'm not going to list them with numbers here, because I'd rather walk you through them accurately on the call than guess in writing and have you plan around a wrong figure.
What I will say is this: go in with your eyes open. Somebody who knows the full picture before they start is in a much better spot than somebody who finds out halfway through. Would you rather hear the whole thing up front, or be surprised later?
Who This Is Actually For
This is for somebody who's seriously considering real estate as a career. Maybe you've been thinking about it for a year. Maybe you're ready to make a change and the cost of the class is the thing that's been holding you back.
It's not for somebody collecting free things. If you're curious about real estate the way you're curious about a cooking class, this probably isn't the right fit, and that's fine.
Here's a quick check. Are you ready to treat this like a job, with real hours and real activity, once you're licensed? Can you handle a stretch where the work comes before the money? If you're not sure, that's a good thing to talk through. On the call I'll tell you straight whether it's a fit. Sometimes the honest answer is "not yet."
What Happens After The Class
Passing the exam is the start, not the finish. The class teaches you enough to get licensed. It doesn't teach you how to build a business.
What decides whether you're still doing this in year two is who coaches you in year one. Most agents don't fail because they lack information. They fail because they lack consistent execution. So who's going to be checking on you when the class is over?
That's the other half of what I do. I'm a real estate coach with Keller Williams in Philadelphia, so if you qualify for free real estate school through KSCORE, the class isn't the end of the conversation. It's the beginning of one.
